Dear first blogger,


            I love to do track and field and that's why I joined it and that's been my three or four week in track so it's almost a month and I pretty enjoyed a lot I feel it's my thing I really love it. So in my first week in track was really good we did a warm up for two laps then we do exercising for 12 mins for example lunges, push up and way more.
