Dear last blogger,
Today I will talk about my meets I felt so powerful and I feel I did so well I ran,
400 and 100 and I had to run 200 but at last we couldn't because of yah rain but I did 400 and 100 and I felt I did pretty good even coach rings was so proud even Mrs. Ohearn.π and they told me the improvements that I did and the great things I did and I'm so excited for the meet this week on Tuesday! I'm looking forward for it!π€πΌππ».

In third practice, I was going great everyone was like you are going to make it in to sasia and I was like thank you! And from what they said they made me powerful until now and I feel I'm getting better and better. And I feel that my coaches are so proud of me and that makes me feel so good.

So today I will be talking about my second day in track it was getting pretty easier because of the exerceing and I feel when I exercise it makes me be way more comfortable while I'm training for sprints or in long distance but now it's going great!

I love to do track and field and that's why I joined it and that's been my three or four week in track so it's almost a month and I pretty enjoyed a lot I feel it's my thing I really love it. So in my first week in track was really good we did a warm up for two laps then we do exercising for 12 mins for example lunges, push up and way more.
